- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Concur.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities related to enterprise software.
- Experience with system monitoring and incident management tools.
- Ability to analyze logs and system data to diagnose issues effectively.
- Good communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with business process workflows and their impact on software performance.
