As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. The position demands continuous engagement with multiple teams to maintain system stability and support business continuity through effective problem-solving and timely interventions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business applications.
• Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
• Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS.
• Experience with cloud-based platform services and infrastructure management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve complex application issues.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management processes.
• Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to support root cause analysis.
