The professional collaborates with different teams to maintain system stability and performance, while continuously monitoring and analyzing system behavior to prevent potential disruptions. The work environment is fast-paced and demands adaptability to address complex challenges that impact business continuity and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance overall team capability.
• Continuously evaluate and improve support processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with MySQL Database Administration.
• Strong knowledge of database performance tuning and optimization techniques.
• Experience in backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Ability to monitor database health and troubleshoot issues related to database connectivity and performance.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
• This position is based at our Pune office.
