Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues efficiently.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to prevent future disruptions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex application issues within SAP environments.
- Strong knowledge of database interactions and performance tuning related to SAP HANA.
- Ability to analyze system logs and trace errors to identify root causes effectively.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle management and change control processes.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
