The professional collaborates with different teams to maintain system stability and performance, while continuously monitoring and analyzing system behavior to prevent potential disruptions. The position demands adaptability and a keen eye for detail to support complex environments effectively and maintain business continuity.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to streamline processes and improve system reliability.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
• Experience in managing system landscapes, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP environments.
• Strong knowledge of system performance tuning, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with database administration and backup/recovery procedures related to SAP systems.
• Ability to work with operating systems and middleware components that support SAP applications.
• Skilled in monitoring tools and automation techniques to enhance system availability and efficiency.

• This position is based at our Pune office.
