Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of system updates and patches to maintain optimal performance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Experience in managing and maintaining SAP environments including system installations, configurations, and upgrades.
- Strong understanding of system monitoring tools and performance tuning techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues related to SAP infrastructure and middleware.
- Familiarity with database management and backup strategies within SAP landscapes.
- Knowledge of security administration and user management in SAP systems.
