The position demands continuous engagement with system performance and user feedback to maintain service reliability and support business continuity effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist in the implementation of system updates and patches to enhance performance and security.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
• Experience in database performance tuning and optimization techniques.
• Strong understanding of backup and recovery procedures for database environments.
• Familiarity with database security best practices and access control management.
• Ability to monitor database health and troubleshoot issues related to availability and performance.
• Knowledge of scripting languages to automate routine database tasks.
