• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business-critical applications.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeam Backup and Replication.
• Experience with backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
• Ability to monitor and analyze system performance to preemptively address potential failures.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud infrastructure concepts.
