Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
• Experience with data integration, transformation, and migration processes.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to understand system dependencies and impacts.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance tuning techniques for enterprise applications.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively document issues and interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
