The position demands continuous engagement with system performance, troubleshooting complex scenarios, and collaborating with different teams to maintain system reliability and efficiency throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize business disruption.
• Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system stability and performance.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities related to enterprise software environments.
• Experience in monitoring and maintaining data integration and transformation workflows.
• Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of issues.
• Familiarity with database concepts and data management principles.
