Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business processes.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through technical challenges.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
• Experience in troubleshooting and supporting enterprise resource planning systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical information clearly to stakeholders.

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
• Resource should have retail industry knowledge, as this is retail specific and no traditional order management process
