Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to improve system reliability and performance through innovative approaches.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address critical issues impacting business operations.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
• Experience in monitoring and maintaining enterprise-level business intelligence and data integration systems.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to understand system dependencies and deliver effective solutions.
• Familiarity with data extraction, transformation, and loading processes within business intelligence environments.
• Excellent communication skills to document issues and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
