Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Node.js.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues within distributed systems.
- Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management platforms to track and resolve system alerts.
- Ability to analyze logs and system metrics to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
