Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system reliability.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable and maintainable backend services using Spring Boot framework.
• Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to analyze complex system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of issues.
• Familiarity with integration of Spring Boot applications with databases and external services.
• Competence in working with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
