Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system behavior and provide timely resolutions.
- Document findings and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues within SAP environments.
- Strong understanding of database interactions and performance optimization in SAP HANA.
- Ability to analyze system logs and trace errors to identify root causes effectively.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle management and version control practices.
- Good communication skills to articulate technical issues and collaborate with diverse teams.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
