The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Assist in the implementation of system updates and enhancements to improve overall application stability.
• Support junior team members by sharing expertise and providing guidance on technical challenges.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText Documentum.
• Experience with system diagnostics and root cause analysis within enterprise content management environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze logs and system data to identify issues.
• Familiarity with application lifecycle management and support processes.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to coordinate issue resolution and system improvements.
