Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
• Experience in database performance tuning, backup and recovery strategies, and security management.
• Strong understanding of database architecture, installation, configuration, and patching.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in a timely manner.
• Familiarity with scripting languages to automate routine database tasks.
• Knowledge of database replication and high availability solutions.
