You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems, all while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional service to stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge.
- Engage in training and mentoring junior team members to foster their development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Payments Fundamentals, Selenium.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve software issues effectively.
- Experience with troubleshooting and debugging applications in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle and application support processes.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
