Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Document findings and solutions to enhance knowledge sharing and support future problem resolution.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to increase efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
• Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management and debugging techniques.
• Experience with monitoring and diagnosing issues in distributed systems.
• Ability to analyze logs and trace errors to identify root causes effectively.
• Familiarity with database interactions and performance tuning related to enterprise applications.
