You will engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance of systems, contributing to the overall reliability and performance of the software environment. Your role will also require you to document findings and solutions, facilitating knowledge sharing within the team and enhancing the support processes.

- Familiarity with incident management and response processes.
- Knowledge of automation tools and scripting languages to streamline operations.
