Summary:

As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as a software detective, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that applications run smoothly to support business operations effectively. You will engage with users to understand their challenges and work towards implementing solutions that enhance system functionality and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Assist in the development and implementation of application support processes to improve efficiency.
• Document and maintain records of issues and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Windows Virtual Desktop.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and virtualization technologies.
• Experience with troubleshooting and resolving application issues in a cloud environment.
• Familiarity with scripting languages for automation and process improvement.
• Ability to analyze system performance metrics and implement enhancements.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Windows Virtual Desktop.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
