As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively identifying and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires continuous monitoring and analysis to ensure smooth operation and minimal disruption. The position demands collaboration with different teams to understand system behaviors and deliver timely solutions, maintaining the reliability and efficiency of critical applications that support business functions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to improve system stability and performance by analyzing recurring issues and implementing preventive measures.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address critical incidents effectively.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Security.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex system issues within SAP environments.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and their technical dependencies.
• Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level applications with a focus on compliance and risk management.
• Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes to ensure timely resolution of issues.

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
• This position is based at our Mumbai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
