• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Experience in developing and maintaining user interface components using modern web technologies.
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture and event-driven programming.
• Ability to debug and resolve issues within complex software environments.
