The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business applications.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance efficiency.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Nutanix Administration, Vmware Virtualization Administration.
• Strong understanding of virtualization technologies and their application in enterprise environments.
• Experience with system monitoring and performance tuning to ensure optimal operation of virtualized infrastructure.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues involving hardware, software, and network components within virtual environments.
• Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions related to virtualized platforms.
• Knowledge of automation and scripting to streamline routine administrative tasks.

• This position is based at our MDC5C - SEZ office.
