Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Security.
- Strong knowledge of access control concepts and user role management within SAP environments.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving security-related issues in enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with SAP authorization objects and security policies.
- Ability to analyze system logs and audit trails to identify potential security risks.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement security best practices.
