• Experience in establishing unified design and documentation standards & guidelines.
• Be part of requirement and design discussions for global Oracle fusion incentive compensation implementations to review and approve Compensation Plan and Credit Rule design framework.
• Good to have experience with other oracle cloud integrated applications like Sales cloud and B2B service cloud.
