Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
- Mentor junior team members to develop their problem-solving and technical skills.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to prevent future disruptions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Standard Edition.
- Strong knowledge of debugging and troubleshooting techniques within complex software environments.
- Experience with monitoring tools and incident management processes to ensure system stability.
- Ability to analyze logs and system outputs to identify root causes of issues.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle and support methodologies to manage application health.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and document solutions.
