As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot problems, ensuring system reliability, and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency. You will engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies, contributing to a culture of innovation and excellence within the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines including:
- Data ingestion
- Feature engineering
- Model training
- Validation
- Deployment
knowledge of CI/CD for automated model testing and deployment.
Monitor model performance, data drift, and system reliability.
Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers to productionize ML solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Python and SQL programming
Databricks for data & ML pipelines
Docker / Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
Cloud platforms: AWS
CI/CD : Git actions / terraform
- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Familiarity with data processing frameworks like Apache Spark or Hadoop.
- Knowledge of model deployment and monitoring techniques.
Additional Information:
