Summary: The OpenText Upgrade Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and validating platform upgrades across Content Server, Archive Server, and OTDS environments. The role requires strong expertise in OpenText architecture, database management, integrations, and production release management. Cloud based Architecture knowledge for installing and setup the OpenText product. Roles & Responsibilities: -Upgrade Planning & Assessment -OpenText Content Server Upgrade -Archive Server Upgrade -OTDS Upgrade -Database & Infrastructure Tasks -Testing & Validation -Documentation & Governance Professional & Technical Skills: -Strong experience in OpenText Content Server administration -Hands-on Archive Server administration -OTDS configuration & troubleshooting -Experience with: -Oracle / MS SQL -Windows/Linux servers -Apache / Tomcat -SAP Archive Link -Knowledge of REST APIs & Web Services Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in OpenText ECM Tools. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
