Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your day will typically include analyzing system performance, troubleshooting software problems, and collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations. You will also be responsible for monitoring system health and implementing solutions to enhance system efficiency, all while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality service to stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system support.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions effectively to team members and stakeholders.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with AAAP (Accenture Advanced Analytics Platform).
- Strong understanding of database management and optimization techniques.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving database-related issues.
- Familiarity with backup and recovery strategies for database systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Database Architecture.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
