Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Strong understanding of web development frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate. - Experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with database management systems like MySQL or Oracle. - Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
