Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Document findings and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of system updates and patches to enhance performance and security.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on technical challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve software issues efficiently.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining enterprise-level applications to ensure high availability.
- Familiarity with debugging tools and techniques to identify root causes of system failures.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical information clearly.
