Job Description

  • Act as an Application Support Engineer, identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems.
  • Collaborate with various teams to troubleshoot and solve software-related challenges.
  • Perform independently and work towards becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Actively participate and contribute in team discussions and problem-solving activities.
  • Assist in documenting processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge and efficiency.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide feedback on system performance.
  • Monitor system performance using relevant tools and analyze metrics to ensure smooth operations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of application support processes.

Professional & Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Workday Studio is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of integration processes and methodologies.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
  • Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance metrics.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Additional Information

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Studio is required.
  • Good experience in core integration studio is preferred.
  • This position is based at the Pune office.
