Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must-Have Skills:
  • Proficiency in EPIC Systems: In-depth understanding and hands-on experience with EPIC Systems (Healthcare IT).
  • Software Troubleshooting: Strong expertise in troubleshooting software issues using proven methodologies.
  • System Monitoring & Performance Optimization: Experience in monitoring system health and optimizing performance.
  • Database Management & SQL: Strong knowledge of database management and ability to write SQL queries for data handling.
  • Software Deployment & Configuration: Hands-on experience with deploying and configuring software solutions in various environments.
