Summary: Application Support Engineer As a support engineer for the tools and management platforms, the candidate will be responsible for providing support for the tools and infrastructure management platforms.Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve challenges that are related to system management platforms. The candidate will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems, all while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality support to users and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge. - Engage in training and mentoring junior team members to foster a collaborative environment. Professional & Technical Skills: - Strong and hands on experience on SPLUNK ITSI Platform - Experience in designing and implementing monitoring policies in SPLUNK - Good Understanding on Alert and event handling process - Hands on experience on implementing Co-relation rules in SPLUNK platform - Proactive identify the performance issues and bring into management visibility - Implement dashboards on demand and provide reports on timely manner - Identify gaps in monitoring gaps and provide suggestion - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
