You will engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance of applications, contributing to the overall success of the organization by ensuring that critical business functions are supported effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of application support processes to improve efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on best practices in application support.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with DevOps.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management.
- Experience with troubleshooting and debugging complex software issues.
- Familiarity with database management and SQL.
