Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring the seamless operation of applications. You will engage with various stakeholders to gather requirements and provide timely solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the business systems in place. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of testing strategies to enhance software quality. - Document and communicate findings and solutions effectively to team members and stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with C# Programming Language, Microsoft Azure PaaS, Selenium. - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies. - Experience with continuous integration and deployment processes. - Familiarity with software development life cycle and agile methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Automated Testing. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required., 15 years full time education
