As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring the smooth operation of network infrastructures. You will also be responsible for documenting solutions and providing insights to enhance system efficiency, all while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional service to users and stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system maintenance and support.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on troubleshooting techniques and system functionalities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures.
- Experience with troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and techniques.
- Ability to analyze and optimize network performance.
