As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve software-related challenges, ensuring that business operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of application support processes, all while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional service to end-users.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance knowledge sharing within the team.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide feedback on system performance and user experience.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in EPIC Systems.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve software issues effectively.
• Experience with troubleshooting and debugging applications in a complex environment.
• Familiarity with system integration and data flow between various business applications.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
