Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot software problems, ensuring that systems operate smoothly and efficiently. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and implement solutions to enhance system reliability and user satisfaction. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies to effectively address challenges and improve service delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of software solutions to enhance system functionality. - Document and maintain records of issues and resolutions to improve future troubleshooting efforts. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Strong understanding of software debugging techniques. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. - Familiarity with database management and SQL. - Ability to work with various operating systems and environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language). - This position is based at our Indore office. - A 15 years full time education is required., 15 years full time education
