Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that applications run smoothly. You will also be responsible for documenting solutions and providing support to users, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new software features.
- Provide training and support to team members and end-users.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development.
- Strong understanding of Apex programming and Visualforce.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning components and frameworks.
- Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and integration techniques.
- Knowledge of best practices in Salesforce development and deployment.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Development.
