Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that all components function seamlessly. You will also be responsible for documenting solutions and providing insights to improve system efficiency, all while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional service to users and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of new features and enhancements. - Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices. - Experience with JavaScript frameworks and libraries. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - This position is based at our Ahmedabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required., 15 years full time education
