As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. The position demands continuous engagement with multiple teams to maintain system stability and deliver timely solutions that support business continuity and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Monitor system alerts and logs to detect potential issues before they impact business operations.
• Assist in the deployment and testing of software updates and patches to ensure minimal disruption.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
• Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in debugging and troubleshooting software applications.
• Familiarity with system monitoring tools and techniques to proactively identify system anomalies.
• Ability to analyze logs and trace errors to determine the underlying cause of issues.
• Experience working with application lifecycle management and incident management processes.
