As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying issues, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation across multiple platforms. The engineer collaborates with different teams to maintain system stability and swiftly address any disruptions, contributing to the overall reliability and performance of critical business applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and continuous improvement of support processes.
• Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future troubleshooting efforts.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to enhance team capabilities.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Datadog.
• Experience in monitoring and analyzing system performance using Datadog tools and dashboards.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across distributed systems and applications.
• Strong understanding of incident management and root cause analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and its impact on application performance.
• Capability to work with logs, metrics, and traces to identify and resolve system anomalies.

• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
