Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of application issues.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system reliability.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Coupa.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex application issues.
• Experience in monitoring and maintaining enterprise software systems to ensure high availability.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with incident management and root cause analysis methodologies.
