As an Application Support Engineer, your day involves acting as a software detective, diligently investigating and resolving issues that arise within various components of essential business systems. You will engage in continuous monitoring and troubleshooting to ensure the smooth operation of these systems, collaborating with different teams to maintain system stability and performance. Your role is pivotal in identifying root causes of problems and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime and support business continuity.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
• Continuously monitor system performance and proactively identify potential risks.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, configurations, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience with monitoring tools and incident management systems.

• Familiarity with security principles related to network infrastructure.
