Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and minimize system downtime.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor system health and proactively identify potential risks to prevent disruptions.
- Document troubleshooting processes and solutions to build a comprehensive knowledge base for the team.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Red Hat OpenShift.
- Experience with container orchestration and management within cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of Linux operating systems and command-line tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex application and infrastructure issues in distributed systems.
- Familiarity with automation and scripting to streamline support tasks and deployments.
- Knowledge of networking concepts and security best practices related to cloud platforms.
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Red Hat OpenShift.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
