Summary:

As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system dependencies and impact of issues.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance system stability and support efficiency.
• Provide timely updates to stakeholders regarding issue status and resolution progress.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.
• Experience with SharePoint Online customization, including web parts, workflows, and integration with other Microsoft 365 services.
• Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, site collections, and permissions management.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint Online and its components.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration within the Microsoft 365 environment.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
