As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively identifying and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to troubleshooting, ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications that support business functions. The professional continuously monitors system performance, collaborates with different teams to understand system behaviors, and implements effective solutions to maintain system integrity and availability. The role demands adaptability and a keen eye for detail to manage complex technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize business impact.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team capabilities.
• Continuously evaluate system processes and recommend improvements to optimize performance and reliability.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues effectively.
• Experience in managing and supporting enterprise resource planning systems with a focus on financial modules.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes to ensure prompt issue resolution.
