Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to improve system performance and reliability through innovative problem-solving.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall expertise.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align support activities with business priorities.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
• Experience in managing and supporting enterprise resource planning systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and communicate technical information effectively.
• Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
